Weight Limitations. Lessee hereby specifically acknowledges that the roadways, taxi lanes, taxiways, ramps and aprons located on the Airport wherein the Leased Premises are located are stressed for designated maximum gross weights. Lessee shall be responsible for all damage or destruction caused by utilization of said Airport roadways, taxi lanes, taxiways, ramps and aprons by aircraft or vehicles operated by Lessee or invitees in excess of the maximum gross weights.

Weight Limitations. Storefront valance materials and Tenant’s sign which are suspended from the storefront framing shall be entirely self-supporting. The building’s structure may not be used for suspension of Tenant’s storefront or sign.
Weight Limitations. Unless expressly permitted in the Contract Documents, CONTRACTOR shall not operate construction equipment or vehicles of any kind which, laden or unladen, exceed the maximum weight limits set forth in Division 15 of the Vehicle Code, over completed or existing treated base, surfacing, pavement, or structures in any area within the limits of the project.

You agree to remove immediately any such item upon demand in writing from us. If you fail to do so within twenty-four (24) hours. Owner or its agent will enter your apartment and remove such items at your cost without liability for the ultimate condition of the item removed. Fish tanks that are kept in apartments shall not exceed ten ( 10) gallons.
