Weight Watchers Centers or Other Weight Management Program. The CONTRACTOR is not required to credential Weight Watchers centers(s) or another weight management program used as a cost effective alternative service pursuant to Section 2.8.8 of this Agreement. 2.11.8 Network Notice Requirements 2.11.8.1 Member Notification All member notices required shall be written using the appropriate notice template provided by TENNCARE and shall include all notice content requirements specified in applicable state and federal law, TennCare rules and regulations, and all court orders and consent decrees governing notice and appeal procedures, as they become effective.
