With respect to any Day, the sum of (i) the product of the Delivery Point Fee applicable to Fresh Water Delivery Points in West Virginia on such Day multiplied by 0.64 plus (ii) the product of the Delivery Point Fee applicable to Fresh Water Delivery Points outside West Virginia on such Day multiplied by 0.36.
