Wellbeing Services – Non Graduate Staff. A Level 1 position is one where the Employee may hold a diploma from a recognised post-secondary institution. The qualifications include one of the following: • Diploma of Counselling; or • Diploma in Youth Work; or • other qualification deemed equivalent by the Employer.
