Common use of Welsh Language Standards Clause in Contracts

Welsh Language Standards. 3.1 To the extent that they are relevant to the provision of the Services, the Company shall comply with the Welsh Language (Wales) Measure 2011 and the standards with which S4C is liable to comply in accordance with the S4C Compliance Notice, as if the Company were S4C.
