WFOE Term Sample Clauses

WFOE Term. (a) The term of operations of each WFOE (as extended from time to time, each a “WFOE Term”) shall initially be 30 years commencing on the WFOE Establishment Date of such WFOE and shall be extended for successive 30 year periods in accordance with the articles of association of such WFOE unless earlier terminated pursuant to this Section 13. (b) An application for extension of the WFOE Term for each WFOE shall be filed with the Examination and Approval Authority not later than six months prior to the expiration of the WFOE Term for such WFOE for the extension of the WFOE Term for such WFOE, and the Parties shall, and shall ensure that their Affiliates will extend the terms of the License Agreement and Other Agreements to which they are parties for the same number of years as the WFOE Term for such WFOE will be extended, subject in each case to the termination provisions thereof.

  • Service Term XOOM agrees to act as your exclusive natural gas supplier and will provide competitive retail natural gas service to you. The term of this Contract will begin when your local utility switches your account to XOOM and will continue on a month-to-month basis as set forth in the accompanying Product Sheet.

  • License Term The license term shall commence upon the License Effective Date, provided, however, that where an acceptance or trial period applies to the Product, the License Term shall be extended by the time period for testing, acceptance or trial.

  • Agreement Term This Agreement commences on the Effective Date and continues until terminated in compliance with this Clause.

  • Fixed Term This Agreement is concluded for a fixed term specified in the ‘Contract Term’ section of the Order Form. Neither Party can terminate this Agreement for convenience, however any rights of termination for cause remain unaffected.

  • Dpa Term Paragraph 4 on page 1 of the DPA setting a three-year term for the DPA shall be deleted, and the following shall be inserted in lieu thereof: “This DPA shall be effective upon the date of signature by Finalsite and XXX. and shall remain in effect as between Finalsite and LEA 1) for so long as the Services are being provided to LEA or 2) until the DPA is terminated pursuant to Section 15 of this Exhibit G, whichever comes first. ”

  • Effective Term 1. The term of this Agreement shall be coterminous with the research period of the Collaborative Research. 2. The provisions of Article 21, Article 22, Article 28, and Article 29 shall survive the expiration of this Agreement.

  • Initial Period The Initial Period will begin on the date set forth above (date of signed Agreement) and will terminate on the earlier of (i) the Commercial Operation Date or (ii) the date the Agreement is terminated pursuant to the provisions of Section 4(b) or 4(d).

  • Base Term Commencing on the Expansion Premises Commencement Date, the defined term “Base Term” on page 1 of the Lease is deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following:
