What happens when your Agreement ends. a) If the Agreement ends and you continue to take supply from us, we’ll continue to sell you Energy either (at our election) on the terms of this Agreement (without any Energy Plan benefits) or on our Standing Offer, until you enter into a new agreement with us or transfer to another retailer. b) The provisions of this Agreement about privacy, liability, notices, governing law, payment and Charges will survive this Agreement ending.
