Life Support. You must let us know if there is life support equipment in use at your Premises. You’ll need to give us written confirmation from a registered medical practitioner that the equipment is required. We’ll pass this information on to your Distributor and give you the emergency telephone contact number for your Distributor.
Life Support. If a person at your premises requires a life support machine or otherwise has a medical condition that requires continuous supply of electricity then you must notify us of that fact and provide confirmation from a registered medical practitioner. Despite anything else in this agreement, we will not arrange to disconnect your premises for electricity where those premises are registered by us or the relevant distributor as requiring life support equipment.
Life Support. If a person living or intending to live at your Supply Address requires life support equipment you must register your Supply Address, please contact us or your Distributor. Written confirmation from a registered medical practitioner that a person residing or intending to reside at the Supply Address requires life support equipment, is required. If you do not provide us or your Distributor with confirmation from a registered medical practitioner, the Supply Address may cease to be registered as having life support equipment You must tell us or the Distributor if the life support equipment is no longer required at your Supply Address. We may from time to time require written confirmation that there is still life support equipment present at your Supply Address in order for you to remain registered.
Life Support. Precision’ Products are not authorized for use as critical components in life support devices or systems without the express written approval of an officer of Precision. As used herein: (a) life support devices or systems are devices which (i) are intended for surgical implant into the body, or (ii) directly support or sustain life and whose failure to perform when properly used can be reasonably expected to result in significant injury to the user; (b) a critical component is any component in a life support device or system whose failure to perform can be reasonably expected to cause the failure of the life support device or system or to affect its safety or effectiveness.
Life Support. Where you have provided us with written confirmation from a registered medical practitioner or a hospital that a person residing at your Supply Address requires life support equipment or otherwise has a medical condition that requires continued electricity supply, we will notify your local distributor.
Life Support. The Service Provider shall provide food, lodging and other life support to any Guard engaged, assigned or employed by it in connection with the provision of services to the Client under this Contract, unless excluded under paragraph 9(d) below. This includes, but is not limited to, the obligation of the Service Provider to erect, maintain and remove at the end of the Contract, at its sole expense, any temporary physical structures at the site of any service location where the Client provides express, advance, written approval to the Service Provider to erect such temporary structures. If the Client approves any temporary structure, the Service Provider must ensure that such structure does not interfere with the Client’s operations or the security of the Site, which determinations shall be made by the Client in its sole discretion.
Life Support. Where you have advised Powerclub that a person residing at your Supply Address requires life support equipment, or otherwise has a medical condition that requires continued electricity supply, we will: • Register your premise as having life support equipment. • Advise and provide any relevant information to the applicable distributor that a person residing at your premise requires life support equipment. • Arrange to ensure your Supply Address will not be disconnected while the person continues to reside at the premises and requires life support equipment. • Provide you with an emergency telephone number for the applicable distributor. Where you have provided us with written confirmation from a registered medical practitioner or a hospital that a person residing at your Supply Address requires life support equipment, or otherwise has a medical condition that requires continued electricity supply, we will ensure you continue to receive uninterrupted supply to your Supply Address. If you or the customer using life support equipment vacates or no longer requires the life support equipment, you must notify Powerclub so that we can update our records and inform the distributor.
Life Support. Individuals shall not be prohibited from traveling with respirators or portable oxygen supplies, except when these items violate federal rules concerning the transportation of hazardous materials (49 CFR 37.167h and 49 CFR B(1)c).
Life Support. (a) If a person living or intending to live at your premises requires life support equipment, you must:
(1) advise us that the person requires life support equipment;
(2) register the premises with us or your distributor; and
(3) provide medical confirmation for the premises.
(b) You must tell us or your distributor if the life support equipment is no longer required at the premises. If you tell us that a person living or intending to live at your premises requires life support equipment, we must give you:
(1) at least 50 business days to provide medical confirmation for the premises;
(2) general advice that there may be a distributor planned interruption, retailer planned interruption or unplanned interruption to the supply of energy to the premises;
(3) at least 4 business days' notice in writing of any retailer planned interruption to the supply of electricity to the premises unless we have obtained your explicit consent to the interruption occurring on a specified date;
(4) information to assist you to prepare a plan of action in case of an unplanned interruption; and
(5) emergency telephone contact numbers.
(c) Subject to satisfying the requirements in the energy laws, if you don’t provide medical confirmation to us or your distributor, we may cease registration of your premises as having life support equipment.
Life Support. (a) If a person living or intending to live at the Supply Address requires life support equipment (as defined under the Regulatory Requirements) you must:
(i) register the requirement for life support equipment with us or your Distributor; and
(ii) provide certification from a registered medical practitioner of the requirement for life support equipment at the Supply Address.
(b) Following registration of the life support equipment, we will provide you with advice and information as required under Regulatory Requirements to assist you in the event of an interruption to your energy supply.
(c) If certification from a registered medical practitioner is not provided in accordance with Regulatory Requirements, your Supply Address may cease to be registered as requiring life support equipment.
(d) You must tell us or your Distributor if the registered life support equipment is no longer required at the Supply Address or if there are any changes to the registered life support equipment.
