Contractor’s Xxxxxxxx to City Compensation. The Contractor shall send invoices to the City on a monthly or bi-monthly basis for the amounts to be paid pursuant to this contract. Each invoice shall document, to the reasonable satisfaction of the City: such information as may be reasonably requested by the City. Within 60 days after the City receives an invoice, the City shall send the Contractor a check in payment for all undisputed amounts contained in the invoice.
What Will Happen After We Receive Your Letter When we receive your letter, we must do two things:
HHS Single Audit Unit will notify Grantee to complete the Single Audit Determination Form If Grantee fails to complete the form within thirty (30) calendar days after receipt of notice, Grantee maybe subject to sanctions and remedies for non-compliance.
Commercial Settlement All the commercial settlements under this agreement shall be as per Government of Gujarat’s Solar Power Policy 2015 and Order No. 3 of 2015 dated 17.08.2015 of the Gujarat Electricity Regulatory Commission and any subsequent orders in this regard. The commercial settlement will be as follows:
Settlement of Disputes between the Contracting Parties 1. Disputes between the Contracting Parties concerning the interpretation or application of this Agreement should, if possible, be settled through diplomatic channels.
Rollovers of Exxon Xxxxxx Settlement Payments If you receive a qualified settlement payment from Exxon Xxxxxx litigation, you may roll over the amount of the settlement, up to $100,000, reduced by the amount of any qualified Exxon Xxxxxx settlement income previously contributed to a Traditional or Xxxx XXX or eligible retirement plan in prior taxable years. You will have until your tax return due date (not including extensions) for the year in which the qualified settlement income is received to make the rollover contribution. Submitting False Claims The full text of San Francisco Administrative Code Chapter 21, Section 21.35, including the enforcement and penalty provisions, is incorporated into this Agreement. Pursuant to San Francisco Administrative Code §21.35, any contractor or subcontractor who submits a false claim shall be liable to the City for the statutory penalties set forth in that section. A contractor or subcontractor will be deemed to have submitted a false claim to the City if the contractor or subcontractor: (a) knowingly presents or causes to be presented to an officer or employee of the City a false claim or request for payment or approval;
Termination for Convenience of the County Notwithstanding any other provision of the Contract, the County may, at any time, and without cause, terminate this Contract in whole or in part, upon not less than seven (7) days' written notice to the Contractor. Such termination shall be effected by delivery to the Contractor of a notice of termination specifying the effective date of the termination and the extent of the Work to be terminated. The Contractor shall immediately stop Work in accordance with the notice and comply with any other direction as may be specified in the notice or as provided subsequently by the County. The County shall pay the Contractor for the Work completed prior to the effective date of the termination and such other payment Contractor is entitled to under Attachment A, section III. “Performance Requirements” and such payment shall be Contractor's sole remedy under this Contract. Under no circumstances will the Contractor be entitled to anticipatory or unearned profits, consequential damages, or other damages of any sort as a result of a termination or partial termination under this Paragraph. The Contractor shall insert in all subcontracts that the sub-consultant shall stop Work on the date of and to the extent specified in a notice of termination, and shall require sub-consultant’s to insert the same condition in any lower tier subcontracts.

Submitting LMUSI 2.9.2.1 AFN may obtain LMU information and reserve facilities by submitting a mechanized LMU query or a manual LMUSI according to the terms and conditions as described in the LMU CLEC Information Package, incorporated herein by reference as it may be amended from time to time. The CLEC Information Package is located at the “CLEC UNE Product” Web site address: xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx/xxxxxx/xxxx/xxxx.xxxx. After obtaining the Loop information from the mechanized LMU process, if AFN needs further Loop information in order to determine Loop service capability, AFN may initiate a separate Manual SI for a separate NRC as set forth in Exhibit A.
