WHEN EMPLOYEE RETURNS FROM LEAVE. If the leave does not exceed the maximum available under Family and Medical Leave, the employee is guaranteed return to the same position with the same benefits, pay, and other terms or employment. Written notice should be sent to the Human Resources Office at least two weeks before the employee is scheduled to return.
