Whenever practicable Sample Clauses

Whenever practicable the School District should authorize access of video surveillance systems inside the school district to the Police Department. The access will allow the SRO to monitor activity within the school for security and investigative purposes. The SRO should be allowed to make copies of any videos for security, investigative and for evidentiary purposes as allowed by law.

Whenever practicable advance notice of a change in posting or a transfer shall be given to an employee. Such notice shall not normally be less than three (3) months. Every reasonable effort will be made to effect such posting or transfer of an employee during his/her children’s vacations from school.
Whenever practicable the replacement assignment shall occur during the same quarter as the cancelled class.

  • Commercially Reasonable Efforts Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, each of the parties will use its commercially reasonable efforts in good faith to take, or cause to be taken, all actions, and to do, or cause to be done, all things necessary, proper or desirable, or advisable under applicable laws, so as to permit consummation of the Purchase as promptly as practicable and otherwise to enable consummation of the transactions contemplated hereby and shall use commercially reasonable efforts to cooperate with the other party to that end.

  • Reasonable Suspicion Testing The Employer may, but does not have a legal duty to, request or require an employee to undergo drug and alcohol testing if the Employer or any supervisor of the employee has a reasonable suspicion (a belief based on specific facts and rational inferences drawn from those facts) related to the performance of the job that the employee:
