Where an Administrator is returning to a position in the Bargaining Unit, in allocating work in accordance with Clause 10.3 of the Article Workload, the Unit Members shall take into consideration the proportion of the Member’s commitment and length of time needed for the Member to update Professional Practice skills and expertise in order to competently undertake his or her role.
