Where an Eligible Employee Sample Clauses
Where an Eligible Employee is a member of an Employee Couple, except as provided at sub-clause 59.4 (Short Parental Leave – Unpaid), parental leave must be taken by only one (1) parent of an Employee Couple at a time in a single continuous period (subject to any exceptions prescribed in the Act).
Where an Eligible Employee is a member of an Employee Couple, each member of an Employee Couple may take a separate period of up to 12 months of Long Parental Leave, which can be taken concurrently in accordance with the Act.
Where an Eligible Employee is a member of an Employee Couple, except as provided at subclause 36.4 (Short Parental Leave – Unpaid), subclause 36.5 (Paid Parental Leave) and 36.3.6 (Flexible Long Parental Leave), parental leave must be taken by only one parent of an Employee Couple at a time in a single continuous period.
