Super Stats Employees who are required to work on Christmas Day, Labour Day or Good Friday, shall be paid at the rate of two and one-half (2.5) times for the first 7.5 hours worked and shall receive another day off with pay as a paid holiday. A Contractor working in a government facility shall be responsible for maintaining satisfactory standards of employee competency, conduct, appearance, and integrity and shall be responsible for taking disciplinary action with respect to their employees as necessary. The Contractor is responsible for ensuring that their employees do not disturb papers on desks, open desk drawers or cabinets, or use Government telephones, except as authorized. Each employee is expected to adhere to standards of behavior that reflect favorably on their employer and the Federal Government. The Contactor shall ensure that all of its employees, including Subcontractor employees, working under XXXXX are informed of the substance of this clause.
