Government Facilities definition

Government Facilities means government owned or oc- cupied buildings, properties and facilities or such classes of buildings, properties and facilities as the Minister may by directive designate.

More Definitions of Government Facilities

Government Facilities has the meaning set forth in Section 3.10(c).
Government Facilities means the buildings, structures or facilities constructed or to be funded and constructed by the Government. Buildings, structures or facilities to be funded by the Proponent and constructed by the Government as per paragraph 2.2.6(b) are also regarded as Government Facilities.
