Government Facilities definition

Government Facilities means government owned or oc- cupied buildings, properties and facilities or such classes of buildings, properties and facilities as the Minister may by directive designate.
Government Facilities means as defined under ARSD 41:13:01
Government Facilities has the meaning set forth in Section 3.10(c).

  • In accordance with the terms and requirements of this Section, City specifically acknowledges that Owner’s performance under this Section specifically excludes Owner from any present or future requirements to pay the Project’s General Government Facilities component of the Development Impact Fee through any sources other than La Entrada Facility CFD bond proceeds.

  • The Contractor shall permit the Government and its agents and representatives to enter any portions of the Government Facilities occupied by Contractor Personnel at any time.
