Where both spouses. (a) are employed by employers covered by either this Agreement or the Catholic Employing Authorities Single Enterprise Collective Agreement – Religious Institute Schools of Queensland 2019-2023 (or any enterprise agreement that replaces, or is replaced by that agreement); and (b) would otherwise comply with clauses 6.8.3 (a) and (c); the entitlement for PPL is up to 14 (fourteen) weeks between them.
