Common use of Where under Clause 16 Clause in Contracts

Where under Clause 16. 3 rights vest in Seller, Seller may at its sole discretion give Purchaser and its Affiliates and its co-venturers a royalty-free, irrevocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, world-wide license to use such right which shall not be sub-licensed.
