Assignment or Sub-Contracting The terms, covenants, and conditions contained herein shall apply to and bind the heirs, successors, executors, administrators and assigns of the Parties. No Removal or Substitution The Resident may not remove, alter or change any property in the Room which is provided on occupancy or at any other time during the Term, including and not limited to; furnishings, fixtures, equipment, television sets, appliances, window screens, floor coverings and any mattress covering. Executive may not assign any obligations or responsibilities he has under this Agreement.
Notification of Compromise or Potential Compromise The compromise or potential compromise of Confidential Information must be reported to the DSHS Contact designated on the contract within one (1) business day of discovery. Contractor must also take actions to mitigate the risk of loss and comply with any notification or other requirements imposed by law or DSHS.
Notification of Assignments Assignments and schedules for the following year shall be made by the last working day of the teacher's work year.
