Common use of Wherever Arbitrator is referred to in the Agreement Clause in Contracts

Wherever Arbitrator is referred to in the Agreement. the parties hereto may mutually agree in writing to substitute an Arbitrator Board for a sole arbitrator at the time of reference to arbitration and the other provisions referring to sole Arbitrator shall appropriately apply.
