While on Pregnancy. Parental/Adoption Leave, an employee shall retain his/her full seniority status and continue to accumulate all seniority under the Collective Agreement. While on Pregnancy/Parental/Adoption Leave, an employee shall retain their benefits in accordance with the Employment Standards Act.
