WHO IS IN THE SETTLEMENT CLASS. You are a member of the Settlement Class if you were sent notice of the Security Incident. If you received such notice, then you must submit a timely Claim Form to receive a check in the mail. WHAT ARE MY OPTIONS?
WHO IS IN THE SETTLEMENT CLASS. You are a member of the Settlement Class if, at any time between April 24, 2015 and [insert date of Preliminary Approval Order] 2020, you were required to provide your biometric information (e.g. fingerprint, etc.) for timekeeping purposes to Marigold, Inc. If you provided your biometric information (e.g. fingerprints, etc.) for timekeeping purposes at any time during this time period, then you are an eligible Settlement Class Member.
WHO IS IN THE SETTLEMENT CLASS. Everyone who fits the following description is a Settlement Class Member: All Canadian residents who purchased an Aluminum Water Bottle manufactured by or on behalf of Gaiam, or sold by Gaiam or resellers of Gaiam’s products, prior to December 31, 2010. Excluded from the Class are Gaiam, its employees, members of their immediate families, any entity in which Gaiam has a controlling interest, and the legal representatives, heirs, successors, or assigns of any such excepted person. You are a member of the Settlement Class if you are an Illinois resident who worked at one of the Facilities after October 3, 2008, and used a biometric timekeeping device pursuant to employment at one of the Facilities. WHO IS IN THE SETTLEMENT CLASS. The Settlement Class includes all consumers (1) who purchased or leased a new, assembled Harley-Davidson motorcycle from San Xxxxx Xxxxxx-Xxxxxxxx from December 30, 2011 through February 14, 2020; (2) who were previously sent notice of this class action litigation by KCC, and (3) who did not timely opt out after class notice was sent to them.
WHO IS IN THE SETTLEMENT CLASS. You are a member of the Settlement Class if, at any time between February 11, 2014 and [insert date of Preliminary Approval Order] 2020, you were required to provide your biometric information (e.g. fingerprint, etc.) for timekeeping purposes to Royal Die & Stamping, LLC or its predecessor Royal Die & Stamping, Inc. within the State of Illinois. If you provided your biometric information (e.g. fingerprints, etc.) for timekeeping purposes at any time during this time period, then you are an eligible Settlement Class Member.

You’re a member of the Settlement Class if, at any time between March 27, 2012 and May 15, 2018, you received a non-emergency automated phone call from Target for debt collection purposes on your cellular telephone and you were not the debtor on the account.
