Wholesaler and MMCAP Infuse Sample Clauses

Wholesaler and MMCAP Infuse agree to conduct a complete contract review no later than January 31, 2020 to determine areas of non-compliance from both parties. This review will be done annually, with the due date tied to the anniversary date of the effective date of the Contract.

  • Wholesaler Also referred to as Vendor, Pharmaceutical Prime Vendor, or Prime Vendor, is a business that functions as a purchaser’s source of distribution for a wide array of pharmaceutical and related Products as identified by the MMCAP Infuse Participating Facility. A Wholesaler is responsible for maintaining and distributing an Adequate Supply of pharmaceuticals and related Products and any other items contracted for that are dispensed through the MMCAP Infuse Participating Facilities’ pharmacy service.

  • Specialized Vehicles Employees who must operate a motor vehicle on official State business and who, because of a physical disability, may operate only specially equipped or modified vehicles may claim from 34 up to 37 cents per mile, with certification. Supervisors who approve claims pursuant to this Subsection have the responsibility of determining the need for the use of such vehicles.

  • Computer Equipment Recycling Program If this Contract is for the purchase or lease of computer equipment, then Contractor certifies that it is in compliance with Subchapter Y, Chapter 361 of the Texas Health and Safety Code related to the Computer Equipment Recycling Program and the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality rules in 30 TAC Chapter 328.

  • Originating Goods Except as otherwise provided in this Chapter, each Party shall provide that a good is originating if it is:

  • Diagnostic Services Procedures ordered by a recognized Provider because of specific symptoms to diagnose a specific condition or disease. Some examples include, but are not limited to:

  • Eligible Goods and Related Services 4.1 All the Goods and Related Services to be supplied under the Contract shall have their origin in any country that is eligible in accordance with ITT 3.9.

  • Diagnostic and Usage Data If you opt in to diagnostic and usage collection, you agree that Apple and its subsidiaries and agents may collect, maintain, process and use diagnostic, technical, usage and related information, including but not limited to information about your computer, system and application software, and peripherals, that is gathered periodically to facilitate the provision of software updates, product support and other services to you (if any) related to the Apple Software, and to verify compliance with the terms of this License. Apple may use this information, as long as it is collected in a form that does not personally identify you, to provide and improve Apple’s products and services. To enable Apple’s partners and third party developers to improve their software, hardware and services designed for use with Apple products, Apple may also provide any such partner or third party developer with a subset of diagnostic information that is relevant to that partner’s or developer’s software, hardware and/or services, as long as the diagnostic information is in a form that does not personally identify you.

  • Goods and Services 4.3.1. The Supplier shall ensure that the Goods and/or the Services provided are fit for the purposes that may reasonably be inferred from the technical specifications and in accordance with the timetable for performance defined in the Contract. In any event the Supplier commits himself to achieve performance and results stipulated in the Contract.

  • Television Equipment Recycling Program If this Contract is for the purchase or lease of covered television equipment, then Contractor certifies that it is compliance with Subchapter Z, Chapter 361 of the Texas Health and Safety Code related to the Television Equipment Recycling Program.

  • Additional Products and Services Subject to the allocation of funds, the CPO may add similar equipment, supplies, services, or locations, within the scope of this Agreement, to the list of equipment, supplies, services, or locations to be performed or provided by giving written notification to Contractor. For purposes of this Section, the “Effective Date” means the date specified in the notification from the CPO. As of the Effective Date, each item added is subject to this Agreement, as if it had originally been a part, but the charge for each item starts to accrue only on the Effective Date. In the event the additional equipment, supplies, services, or locations are not identical to the items(s) already under this Agreement, the charges therefor will then be Contractor’s normal and customary charges or rates for the equipment, supplies, services, or locations classified in the Fees and Costs (Exhibit “F”).
