Teaching Staff Assigned to More Than One Building Each Educator who is assigned to more than one building will be evaluated by the appropriate administrator where the individual is assigned most of the time. The principal of each building in which the Educator serves must review and sign the evaluation, and may add written comments. In cases where there is no predominate assignment, the superintendent will determine who the primary evaluator will be.

Iowa CANCELLATION section is amended as follows: A ten percent (10%) penalty per month shall be applied to refunds not paid or credited within thirty (30) days of receipt of returned Service Agreement.

Oregon Upon failure of the Obligor to perform under the Agreement, the insurer shall pay on behalf of the Obligor any sums the Obligor is legally obligated to pay and any service that the Obligor is legally obligated to perform. Termination of the reimbursement policy shall not occur until a notice of termination has been mailed or delivered to the Director of the Department of Consumer and Business Services. This notice must be mailed or delivered at least 30 days prior to the date of termination.
