Will an Employee be Paid for Training?. Where the organisation approves the training of an employee, the employee will be paid for the training. All training not approved by the organisation will be without pay. Any cost associated with standard fees for courses, prescribed textbooks incurred in connection with the undertaking of an approved training course will be paid by the organisation.
