Winery Records. Section 2 provides a detailed description of the regular reporting you are required to provide to the LDB. As a manufacturer producing and handling packaged beverage alcohol in British Columbia you are also required to maintain adequate business records that clearly demonstrate your ability to account for all the beverage alcohol you handle. At a minimum, the records you maintain and retain need to be sufficient so that any reasonable third party reviewing your records can determine the following regarding your packaged beverage alcohol (wine, ciders, wine-based coolers, etc.): - The amount you currently store anywhere in British Columbia, including identifying the specific Warehouses or locations where your product is stored. As a manufacturer, you are required to physically count your inventory at the close of business on March 31 each year. Also, you are required to retain your physical count sheets that clearly identify the packaged beverage alcohol you counted at each of your warehouse locations. - The amount you produced in your Licensed Establishment. - The amount a third party produced and/or bottled on your behalf. - The contents of your BC VQA Product. That is, your records need to be sufficient so that you can reasonably demonstrate that any of your wine designated as BC VQA Product contains only British Columbia grapes. - The amount you used for promotional, tasting or sampling purposes. - The amount you disposed of for quality control purposes, breakage or general destruction. - The amount that you shipped out of British Columbia including sufficient documentation to clearly evidence that this packaged beverage alcohol physically left British Columbia. - The amount that you sold to your authorized customers in British Columbia. All the records referred to above must be retained at your Licensed Establishment office(s) in British Columbia unless otherwise authorized by the LDB. These records must be kept for a period of not less than six years following the end of each calendar year. You must make all your records available if any authorized representative of the LDB conducts an inspection or audit; including allowing access to any premise wherein your packaged beverage alcohol is stored. If the inspection or audits referred to above discloses a breach of the Agreement, you must pay the costs and expenses of the inspection or audit and any payments assessed as due and owing, as determined by the LDB using reasonable audit standards.   • Transit Records 7.6.1 CenturyLink and CLEC will exchange wireline network usage data originated by a wireline Local Exchange Carrier (LEC) where the NXX resides in a wireline LEC Switch, transits CenturyLink's network, and terminates to CLEC's network when Technically Feasible and commercially reasonable. Each Party agrees to provide to the other this wireline network usage data when CenturyLink or CLEC acts as a transit provider currently or in the future. The Parties understand that this information is Carrier protected information under Section 222 of the Telecommunications Act and shall be used solely for the purposes of Billing the wireline LEC. CLEC will provide to CenturyLink information to enable CenturyLink to provide transit records on a mechanized basis when Technically Feasible. This includes, but is not limited to: service center information, operating company number, and state jurisdiction. CenturyLink and CLEC agree to exchange wireline network usage data as Category 11-01-XX.

  • Public Records Taxpayer acknowledges that GO-Biz is subject to the California Public Records Act (PRA) (Gov. Code, § 6250 et seq.). This Agreement and materials submitted by Taxpayer to GO-Biz may be subject to a PRA request. In such an event, GO-Biz will notify Taxpayer, as soon as practicable that a PRA request for Taxpayer’s information has been received, but not less than five (5) business days prior to the release of the requested information to allow Taxpayer to seek an injunction. GO-Biz will work in good faith with Taxpayer to protect the information to the extent an exemption is provided by law, including, but not limited to, notes, drafts, proprietary information, financial information, and trade secret information. GO-Biz will also apply the “balancing test” as provided for under Government Code section 6255, to the extent applicable. Notwithstanding the foregoing, GO-Biz agrees that any information provided to GO-Biz by the FTB, in connection with this Agreement will be treated as confidential tax information protected by Article 2 (commencing with Section 19542) of Chapter 7 of Part 10.2 of the RTC, assuming that FTB can rely on such a section and shall not be disclosed to any party, other than personnel of GO-Biz or the Committee, without Taxpayer’s prior written consent. Taxpayer acknowledges that this Agreement in whole or in part will be made available to the public at least ten (10) calendar days prior to the Committee hearing. Pursuant to RTC sections 17059.2 and 23689, in the event of approval by the Committee of this Agreement, Taxpayer acknowledges and agrees that GO-Biz will post on its website the following information:

  • Files and Records A.
