Wire Height Measurements. When engineering personnel are required to complete wire height measurements with mechanical equipment such as insulated measuring “hot-sticks” on or near energized circuits, work will be accomplished by two (2) trained and qualified engineering personnel. One (1) worker will accomplish the work and is required to wear rubber gloves in the measuring operation. The other worker will act as a safety watch.
