Common use of With the Vice President Clause in Contracts

With the Vice President. A Step One grievance that originates at the level of the xxxxxxx shall be filed with the xxxxxxx or his/her designated agent. A Step One grievance regarding an action at the level of the Vice President for Student Affairs shall be filed with the Vice President for Student Affairs or his/her designated representative. A copy of any such griev- ance shall be filed with the Director of Academic Collective Bargaining and Contract Administration.
