Evaluation of Administrators. The College will periodically survey bargaining unit members for feedback concerning the performance of administrators of their program and/or department, or that head their division. To the extent permitted by any applicable collective bargaining agreement, the data and comments extracted from this feedback will be considered in any periodic performance reviews of those administrators.
Evaluation of Administrators. Annual Evaluations for administrators with responsibility for instruction will include an opportunity for the faculty within the unit, division, or college to provide anonymous performance feedback. Evaluations will be distributed to faculty no later than the fifth (5th) week of Spring quarter annually. College administration and/or HR Employee Services will oversee the evaluation process, evaluation content, and all other matters related to the evaluation of administrators. Faculty may make suggestions regarding the evaluation tool to the District Faculty Shared Governance Committee who may provide input on the evaluation tool.

The administrators shall be evaluated by the Superintendent of Schools, who will make known the final evaluation and final recommendations to the administrator prior to reporting to the Board of Education. Both parties hereto agree that a written evaluation form shall be solely developed by the Superintendent. However, the right of the administrators to so consult shall not be deemed the right to approve such form, and the content of the form shall be the sole prerogative of the Superintendent.
Evaluation of Administrators. A. EVALUATOR AND TIME SCHEDULE The Board designates the Superintendent of Schools or the Superintendent’s designee(s) to evaluate all Association members. Principals may evaluate their assistant(s) and the directors may evaluate their assistants. Evaluations will be conducted once each year or more often if deemed necessary by either party. Failure of the Superintendent or his/her designee(s) to evaluate any administrator will not be the basis for a grievance. Evaluations will be completed by June 30, when possible.
Evaluation of Administrators. Staff members are encouraged to provide feedback directly to supervisors. However, any staff member may submit a report regarding his/her supervisor at any time during the school year. This report shall be signed by the sender and submitted to the Assistant Superintendent for Human Resources and to the concerned supervisor.
