Common use of Withdrawal by Owner Clause in Contracts

Withdrawal by Owner. From time to time, Owner may withdraw the then accumulated operating cash surplus (as determined by Manager) from the Facility Checking Account subject to the right of Manager to restrict withdrawal by Owner of any Facility funds in accordance with the provisions of Paragraph 8.2, below.
