Construction Supervision Fee. In consideration of Manager’s management of Capital Replacements, each TRS shall pay Manager a Construction Supervision Fee for any Capital Replacements required to be made or approved by a TRS. Manager shall include the Construction Supervision Fee in the budget for the Capital Replacement for approval by the TRS. The Construction Supervision Fee will be paid monthly in arrears based on Capital Replacements made in such month.
Construction Supervision Fee. To the extent that Manager is asked to supervise or oversee any capital improvement or tenant improvement project related to the Property, Owner shall pay to Manager a construction supervision fee (“Construction Supervision Fee”) equal to five percent (5%) of the hard costs of the specific capital improvement project or tenant improvement project. Unless Owner and Manager agree otherwise, the Construction Supervision Fee for each project shall be payable in equal monthly installments based on the schedule for construction of such construction project.
Construction Supervision Fee. For any services performed by Manager pursuant to Paragraph 1.14, above, Manager shall receive a construction supervision fee equal to five percent (5%)of the total amount of construction costs approved by Owner, due payable concurrently with the applicable payments to the construction contractor(s) and materialmen. 14
Construction Supervision Fee. Landlord may, at its option, retain a construction supervisor to oversee the construction and performance of Tenant's Work and Tenant agrees to reimburse Landlord for Landlord's actual costs incurred as a result of Landlord's review and involvement with Tenant's Work.
Construction Supervision Fee. Landlord shall have the right to supervise all aspects of the construction of the Suite 505 Improvements; provided, however, that Landlord shall have no responsibility for the management or oversight of the Suite 505 Tenant Improvements. Tenant shall pay to Landlord a construction supervision fee in an amount equal to four percent (4%) of the construction costs, including hard and soft costs, thereof, and such amount shall be deducted from the Suite 505 Tenant Improvement Allowance.
Construction Supervision Fee. Tenant shall pay a construction supervision fee (the “Supervision Fee”) to Landlord in an amount of $150.00 per hour, which Supervision Fee shall be services relating to the coordination of the construction of the Tenant Improvements; provided, however, that the total Supervision Fee shall not exceed two and one half percent (2.5%) of the Final Costs. In the event the Architect is not licensed in California and Landlord deems it necessary to review Tenant’s plans and drawings to review code compliance and permitting issues, then in addition to the Supervision Fee and other amounts payable by Tenant hereunder, Tenant shall reimburse Landlord for amounts paid by Landlord for the review of Tenant’s plans and drawings as referenced in Section 3 above, which amounts shall be charged against the Tenant Improvement Allowance.
Construction Supervision Fee. Borrower shall be entitled to receive the remaining School Construction Supervision Fee from the SCA in accordance with the School Unit Purchase Agreement and in accordance with Section 2.11 of this Agreement.
Construction Supervision Fee. An amount equal to 3.5 percent of Hard Construction Costs payable by City to Developer under the terms hereof.
Construction Supervision Fee. Tenant shall pay to Landlord the actual cost of construction supervision in an amount not to exceed three percent (3%) of the Total Construction Cost. Such fee shall be paid to Landlord after Substantial Completion of the Improvements within ten (10) days after receipt of Landlord’s invoice therefor.
