Withdrawal Due to Leave of Absence. If students do not return following a leave of absence on the date indicated on the approved written request, refunds will be made within forty-five (45) days from the date the student was scheduled to have returned. For purposes of determining a refund, the last date of attendance is used when a student fails to return from an approved leave of absence.
