Withdrawal of Notice of Revocation. Termination or N o n r e n e w a l . PUC may withdraw its notice of intent to revoke/terminate or not renew if PUC determines any of the following: (i) the School Board's denial of non• compliance is persuasive; (ii) the non-compliance set forth in the notice of intent to revoke/terminate or not renew has been corrected by the School Board; or (iii) the School Board has successfully completed the Plan of Correction.
