Notice of Intent to Revoke definition

Notice of Intent to Revoke means the written notice of a chartering authority’s decision to pursue revocation of a school’s charter due to the charter school’s failure to remedy one or more violations identified in the Notice(s) of Violation. This notice shall identify all of the following:

  • Notify the school at least 7 days prior to a regularly scheduled meeting that it will be on the agenda for consideration of whether to issue a Notice of Intent to Revoke the Charter.

  • In the event the Notice of Intent to Revoke is withdrawn, the CSO Director shall notify the Academy Board, in writing, of such withdrawal.

  • In developing a Plan of Correction, the CSO Director is permitted to adopt, modify or reject some or all of the Academy Board’s response for correcting the deficiencies outlined in the Notice of Intent to Revoke.

  • If the CSO Director determines that a reasonable plan for correcting the deficiencies set forth in the Notice of Intent to Revoke can be formulated, the CSO Director shall develop a plan for correcting the non-compliance (“Plan of Correction”).

Related to Notice of Intent to Revoke

  • Notice of Intent means a notice that an environmental impact statement will be prepared and considered. The notice shall briefly:

  • Notice of Intent to Cure has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 6.15(b).

  • Notice of Intention means a notice to commence mining operations, including revisions to the notice.

  • Notice of Revocation means, in connection with the revocation by a Beneficial Owner or its Agent Member of its Notice of Tender, a notice, substantially in the form attached to the Tender and Paying Agent Agreement, delivered by a Beneficial Owner or its Agent Member to the Tender and Paying Agent indicating an intention to revoke the tender of some or all of the VRDP Shares for sale on a Purchase Date pursuant to Section 1 of Part II of this Statement.

  • Notice of Hearing means a notice containing the information set out in Schedule VIII;

  • Notice of Dissent means a notice of dissent duly and validly given by a registered holder of Company Shares exercising Dissent Rights as contemplated in the Interim Order and as described in Article 4.

  • Notice of Appeal means a notice given pursuant to Condition 6.2.

  • Notice of Sale The meaning ascribed thereto in Section 4.16.

  • CAFA Notice refers to the notice requirements imposed by 28 U.S.C. § 1715(b).

  • Non-Renewal Notice shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.

  • Nonrenewal Notice Date has the meaning specified in Section 2.03(b)(iii).

  • Xxxxx Notice means the Notice of Grant of Stock Option accompanying the Agreement, pursuant to which Optionee has been informed of the basic terms of the option evidenced hereby.

  • Notice of Settlement means the form attached hereto as Exhibit A.

  • Reminder Notice means a notice in writing issued in accordance with clause 7.1(1)(a).

  • Revoke or "revocation" means that the document or privilege revoked is not subject to renewal or

  • Notice of Motion means a notice setting out the text of a motion, which it is proposed to move at the next relevant meeting;

  • Notice of Extension/Conversion means the written notice of extension or conversion in substantially the form of Schedule 3.2, as required by Section 3.2.

  • Extension Notice has the meaning specified in Section 308.

  • Email Notice means the legal notice summarizing the proposed Settlement terms, as approved by Class Counsel, Facebook’s Counsel, and the Court, to be provided to Class Members (including Minor Subclass Members), under Section 3.3 of this Agreement via electronic mail or the Facebook domain of xxx.xxxxxxxx.xxx. The Email Notice must be substantially similar to the form attached hereto as Exhibit 3.
