Common use of Withdrawal of Parties Clause in Contracts

Withdrawal of Parties. Any Party may withdraw from this Agreement upon 30 days written notice to the other Parties hereto; provided that this right to withdraw is without prejudice or limitation of any liabilities or obligations accrued hereunder or under any contractual undertaking entered into by such Party prior to the effective date of its withdrawal. Withdrawal from a Chassis Pool established hereunder shall be governed by the policies and procedures established for that Pool and shall not in and of itself constitute withdrawal from this Agreement.

Withdrawal of Parties. Any Party may may, in its sole discretion, unilaterally withdraw from participation in this Agreement effective upon 30 days sixty (60) days’ prior written notice to the other Parties heretoParties; provided that this right to withdraw is without prejudice or limitation the withdrawing Party will remain responsible for its proportionate share of any liabilities obligation or obligations accrued hereunder or under any contractual undertaking entered into by such Party prior to liability duly incurred in accordance with this Agreement and existing as of the effective date of its the withdrawal. Withdrawal from a Chassis Pool established hereunder shall be governed by the policies and procedures established for that Pool and of one or more Parties shall not in and cause termination of itself constitute withdrawal from this Agreement so long as two or more Parties remain parties to this Agreement.
