Common use of Within D Gas Day Clause in Contracts

Within D Gas Day. i. Within D Gas Day the DFO will, subject to the relevant Tolerances, notify NGN of any changes to the Forecast End of Day Volumetric Quantity and/or Forecast Flow Rate and/or the Forecast calorific value in accordance with Schedule 4 paragraph 3.1 of such Gas, as soon as is reasonably practicable following the time at which it is made aware of such changes.

Within D Gas Day. i. (i) Within D Gas Day the DFO will, subject to the relevant Tolerances, notify NGN National Grid of any changes to the Forecast Expected End of Day Volumetric Quantity and/or Forecast Expected Flow Rate and/or the Forecast estimated calorific value in accordance with Schedule 4 paragraph 3.1 of such Natural Gas, as soon as is reasonably practicable following the time at which it is made aware of such changes.

Within D Gas Day. i. (i) Within D Gas Day the DFO will, subject to the relevant Tolerances, notify NGN National Gas of any changes to the Forecast Expected End of Day Volumetric Quantity and/or Forecast Expected Flow Rate and/or the Forecast estimated calorific value in accordance with Schedule 4 paragraph 3.1 of such Natural Gas, as soon as is reasonably practicable following the time at which it is made aware of such changes.
