Common use of Without prejudice Clause in Contracts

Without prejudice. to the provisions of Clause 10.3.1, the Parties hereto agree that on or prior to the Appointed Date, the Authority shall have granted [vacant constructive possession such that the Appendix shall not include more than [10% (ten per cent)] of the total area of the Site for Medical College required and necessary for the Medical College. For avoidance of doubt, the Authority acknowledges and agrees that the Appendix shall not include any land which may prevent the development of the Medical College.
