WITNESSES AND INSPECTION. 9.01 At any stage of the grievance procedure, including arbitration, the parties may have the assistance of the employee or employees concerned as witnesses and any other necessary witnesses. All reasonable arrangements will be made to permit the conferring parties or the arbitrator(s) to have access to any part of the Home to view any working conditions which may be relevant to the settlement of the grievance.

CONTRACTOR shall permit the CITY to audit, examine, and make excerpts or transcripts from such records, and to make audits of all contracts, invoices, materials, payrolls, records of personnel, conditions of employment and other data relating to all matters covered by this Agreement.
