Common use of Witnesses to Grievances Clause in Contracts

Witnesses to Grievances. At any stage of the grievance procedure, the parties may have the assistance of the employee concerned as witness and any other witnesses, and all reasonable arrangements will be made to permit the conferring parties to have access to any part of the Employer's premises to view any working conditions which may be relevant to the settlement of the grievance.
