Women in the Industry. Parties respect equal employment opportunity and it is recognised the demographic of the construction industry could be more diverse. To that end, the Parties support the promotion of women into the industry and shall discuss means to achieve this objective including ways to encourage and assist women to seek and maintain employment in the construction industry.
