Women in the Industry. a) It is recognised that the Plumbing Contracting industry needs to employ more women and the parties shall discuss means to achieve this during the life of this Agreement. Measures will be implemented that will encourage and assist women to seek and maintain employment in the Plumbing Contracting Industry.
