Work Adjustment Training (WAT. Employee Development Services (EDS) - N/A WAT/EDS services are designed to address specific behaviors and attitudes which are anticipated to impede successful employment, based on referral information from DORS. STAR COMMUNITY, INC shall develop with the individual a plan for WAT/EDS Services which describes in writing the behaviors which prohibit the individual from achieving his/her job goal, as well as the plan of action to be taken. As a result of discussing the individual’s plan for WAT/EDS services, all of the participants in the process should know specifically which behaviors or problems are being addressed, the objectives or goals which are to be accomplished and the techniques, methods, and procedures which are to be used in accomplishing the necessary changes. WAT/EDS Reporting. After the person’s first month in a WAT/EDS Program, as well as for the duration of the person’s training period, STAR COMMUNITY, INC shall complete and submit the DORS Training Progress Report (Attachment B) or STAR COMMUNITY, INC training progress report.

NEW HORIZONS SUPPORTED SERVICES, INC. shall develop with the individual a plan for WAT Services which describes in writing the behaviors which prohibit the individual from achieving his/her job goal, as well as the plan of action to be taken. As a result of discussing the individual’s plan for WAT services, all of the participants in the process should know specifically which behaviors or problems are being addressed, the objectives or goals which are to be accomplished and the techniques, methods, and procedures which are to be used in accomplishing the necessary changes.

  • Workplace adjustment An employer wishing to employ a person under the provisions of this clause shall take reasonable steps to make changes in the workplace to enhance the employee’s capacity to do the job. Changes may involve re-design of job duties, working time arrangements and work organisation in consultation with other employees in the area.

  • Contract Price Adjustment The basis upon which the Contract Price shall be adjusted is as set out in paragraph 9.2 of Schedule IVB.

  • Training Premium Qualified Operators selected by the Employer to train new Operators shall be paid a training premium of 40¢ per hour while engaged in training work.

  • Workforce Adjustment (a) The Parties recognize that workforce adjustment may be necessary due to the elimination of positions resulting from a reduction in the amount of work required to be done by the Commission, reorganization or program termination.

  • Wage Adjustment Notwithstanding any provision in this Agreement on the contrary, the wages of employees shall be reduced by the amount of employee contributions made by the employer pursuant to the provisions hereof.

  • Second Year Wage Adjustment Effective July 1, 2020, all salary ranges and rates shall be increased by two and one-half percent (2.50%), rounded to the nearest cent. Salary increases provided by this Section shall be given to all employees including those employees whose rates of pay exceed the maximum rate for their class. The compensation grids for classes covered by this Agreement are contained in Appendix E-2. Conversion to the new compensation grid shall not change an employee’s eligibility for step progression increases.
