Five Day Work Week Schedule When working under the five (5) day work week schedule, Employees shall receive one and one-half (1.5x) times their regular rate of pay for the first two (2) hours of overtime Monday through Friday. All other overtime Monday through Friday shall be paid at double time (2x).
Work Day/Work Week 1. The work week shall consist of five (5) consecutive days Monday through Friday of no more than eight (8) hours per day and no more than forty (40) hours per work week. This shall not restrict the extension of the employee’s usual and customary workday or workweek when such is necessary to carry on the business of the School District. Basic Work Week (a) The basic work week of an employee working full-time shall be thirty-seven (37) hours to be worked as scheduled by the Company as follows: - Four (4) shifts of eight (8) hours and one (1) shift of five (5) hours; or - Two (2) shifts of eight (8) hours and three (3) shifts of seven (7) hours.
Work Day The standard work day shall be eight (8) consecutive hours of work exclusive of a lunch period in a consecutive twenty-four (24) hour day.
