Eleven Month Employees. Eleven (11) month employees are required to have one (1) month or the equivalent -- (approximately 21.75 days) -- of non-working, uncompensated time per fiscal year.

Eleven Month Employees. A. Employees employed on an eleven month basis shall be granted nine (9) days of vacation per year. If such employees are employed for less than a full year, they shall be granted seven and one-half (7.5) days' vacation for the first nine (9) months of employment and five-sixths (5/6ths) additional day of vacation for each additional month of employment, not to exceed a maximum of nine (9) days’ vacation.
Eleven Month Employees. Regular eleven (11) month Employees who have completed more than six (6) months continuous service shall receive ten (10) days paid vacation during the winter and spring breaks.
Eleven Month Employees. Eleven month (234-Day) Employees shall be granted days off with pay on the following holidays (10): Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Friday following Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, New Year’s Day, Xxxxxx Xxxxxx Xxxx Day, Thursday preceding Good Friday, Good Friday, President’s Day, Memorial Day.

ARTICLE 3.1 SALARY 3100 Duties and Responsibilities (Job Description) It shall be the responsibility of the District to ascertain and record the duties and responsibilities of all supervisory positions. 3101 Regular Rate of Pay The regular rate of pay for each position in the bargaining unit shall be in accordance with the rates established for each classification as provided for in Appendix A and C incorporated as part of this Agreement.
Eleven Month Employees. Employees will accrue vacation at a rate of one (1) day per month up to 11 days and may use “earned” vacation days as soon as they are accrued. After seven years, employees will accrue vacation days at a rate of 1.45 days per month up to 16 days and may use “earned” vacation days as soon as they are accrued. After fifteen years, employees will accrue vacation days at a rate of 1.82 days per month up to 20 days and may use “earned” vacation days as soon as they are accrued.
Eleven Month Employees. An eleven month employee is a regular full-time employee scheduled to work two hundred forty (240) days per year, inclusive of paid holidays. In the event there are any unpaid days off, the employee will be docked for those times but such docking will not affect the classification of the employee as an eleven (11) month employee.
Eleven Month Employees. Same as Section (1) above except eleven (11) days are earned per year.
