Work Discipline. 1. Party A is responsible to train Party B about ideology education, professional ethics, vocational techniques, labor safety, legal propaganda and the Company's culture.. 2. Party B shall abide by all provisions of national laws, all regulations and rules legally stipulated by Party A. If Party B violates work discipline, Party A, in accordance with its regulations and rules, may give Party B necessary disciplinary punishment until dismissing Party B and terminating this contract. 3. Party B shall work daily in accordance with the Company's requirements, timely accomplish his work with reasonable amount and quality standard as provided 4. For employees' confidential matters, confidentiality agreement shall be entered otherwise.
