The Contractor declares that he has not made and will not make any offer of any type whatsoever from which an advantage can be derived under the Contract, • that he has not granted and will not grant, has not sought and will not seek, has not attempted and will not attempt to obtain, and has not accepted and will not accept, any advantage, financial or in kind, to or from any party whatsoever, where such advantage constitutes an illegal practice or involves corruption, either directly or indirectly, inasmuch as it is an incentive or reward relating to performance of the Contract.
Contributions for OTPP Plan Members i. When an employee/plan member is on short term sick leave and receiving less than 100% of regular salary, the Board will continue to deduct and remit OTPP contributions based on 100% of the employee/plan member’s regular pay.
Employer Union Relations 7.1 Representation at Meetings with the Employer No employee or group of employees shall undertake to represent the Union at meetings with the Employer without the proper authorization of the Union. SEP Plans Under a simplified employee pension (SEP) plan that meets the requirements of IRC Sec. 408(k), your employer may make contributions to your Traditional IRA. EMPLOYER AUTHORITY 5.1 The Employer retains the full and unrestricted right to operate and manage all manpower, facilities, and equipment; to establish functions and programs; to set and amend budgets; to determine the utilization of technology; to establish and modify the organizational structure; to select, direct and determine the number of personnel; to establish work schedules; and to perform any inherent managerial function not specifically limited by this Agreement.

Employer Rules The Employer may establish reasonable work rules necessary to regulate employees’ conduct at work. Work rules shall be reviewed with new employees, conspicuously posted and made available to all employees. The Employer may require new employees to sign a form provided by that Employer to confirm their understanding of the work rules. The Employer will advise the Union of any proposed changes to the work rules thirty (30) days in advance. If the rule is a mandatory subject of bargaining, the Union reserves the right to demand to bargain.
