Work Extensions Resulting in Overtime. Overtime worked due to an extension of the employee’s regular shift shall be calculated on hours paid in each seven (7) day period when the overtime is approved in advance by a Lieutenant or above in the Sheriff-Coroner Department or a Commander or above in the Office of the District Attorney.
