Common use of Work Functions Clause in Contracts

Work Functions. In connection with the making and brokerage of loans, the functions listed on Exhibit F-l (“Entity Level Functions”) shall be performed by the Company at the expense of the Series, and the functions listed on Exhibit F-2 for each Series (“Series Level Functions”) shall be performed by the Series at its own expense. A portion of the Entity Level Functions may be contracted out to third parties at the discretion of the LLC Managers and in compliance with applicable legal requirements. However, the Series Level Functions must be performed by employees of the Series.
