Work Hours and Noise. The Work shall be undertaken diligently and in a manner so as not to disturb other occupants of the Building. The Work shall be performed only on Mondays through Fridays (excluding holidays) between the hours of 9 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.; provided however, that any noisy Work which may disturb other occupants shall not be performed before 9 a.m. The Work shall not be performed on weekends or holidays. The Corporation shall be the sole arbiter should there be any doubt as to noise levels which may be disturbing. The use of jackhammers or other pneumatic devices may not be used without the specific written permission of the Corporation, which may be withheld or, if given, may limit the use thereof or set other conditions.
