Work Hours/Work Day Sample Clauses
The Work Hours/Work Day clause defines the standard working hours and days that employees are expected to be present and perform their duties. Typically, this clause specifies the start and end times of the workday, the number of hours constituting a full workday or workweek, and may outline any exceptions such as overtime or flexible scheduling. By clearly establishing when work is to be performed, this clause helps ensure mutual understanding between employer and employee, reducing disputes over attendance and compensation.
