WORK JURISDICTION AND UNION MEMBERSHIP. All work as defined in this Agreement shall be performed by Journeyman Tile Layers, Apprentices and Finishers. All employees shall, as a condition of employment be required to become Union members after the seventh day following the beginning of their employment, or the effective date of this Agreement, whichever is later.
